Turtle Corner – we have adopted a Class Turtle through the WWF. We have named her ‘Hope’ as we hope for a better future for all endangered animals. As part of our RE Noah’s Ark project this term we have created designs to show our love and care for all endangered animals. We had a vote and used sections of our favourite designs to create a class panel. This will be added to work created by the rest of the school. Keep a look out for the final creation!

In Art this term we have been exploring the work of artists Robert and Sonia Delaunay and Molly Haslund. We have been exploring shape, spirals and patterns. The children enjoyed going out onto the playground where we worked together to create large pieces of art.
During Space Week, we learnt the names and order of the planets. We learnt how the planets orbit the sun.
