Join Our Early Years Team
Fairford Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will provide individual support for a child within our Early Years provision, helping them to access learning, develop communication and social skills, build independence and participate fully in school life.
This is a fixed-term position until 31 July 2027 in the first instance, working 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm, during term time.
We are looking for someone who understands that positive relationships, consistency, patience and high expectations can make a significant difference to a young child’s learning, development and wellbeing.
